break time

So I've survived two weeks of uni so far. Lots of homework. Can't concentrate when kids are asking questions and wanting my attention so I've had to be very strict on myself. Gah. Weekends don't get much study time and so I spent my downtime stitching. Not a bad thing.

Down time

So Hubby was flying a plane and the kids were relatively happy amusing themselves with a billiard table and electric organ. I stitched a bit of a little bookmark I had in my purse for such occasions that rarely happen.

Bones

Some special episode where they use all the actors with their character names in a different world with parallels to the regular Bones world. Kinda lame.

So tired

Too many late nights followed by early mornings. Somebody should do something about that!

New Project

Because I can't help myself. It's a nice small project that I have a foreseeable hope of finishing as opposed to the massive tapestry that I really should keep chipping away at.

Whoo Hoo

Back into it. And it means I don't eat crap. Yay.

Hiatus over

There has been a long period of time during which I have felt completely uninspired. Tonight I decided that I should quit thinking how hard it is to get all the stuff out and just get it out. So I did. It wasn't that hard.

I did a little bit of the green of the sea. You can see the light green thread hanging from when bedtime was called.

One more colour after this then back stitching. I might yet finish something to deadline. Whoot (don't jinx it, don't jinx it!)

How long to frame?

That is the question I have to ask before too long. There's no point in madly stitching if it takes 2 months to frame (why would it take so long? I don't know, but I don't know how long it actually does take either).

I've been hunting for a suitable quote to attach to it. Something to do with Koalas and weddings. I don't understand why I'm having so much trouble.

Essay

I need to practise. Writing essays does not come easily to me. See? So, I need to practise, with a subject.

Oh for crying out loud! I especially rotated it and it's been rotated again by the too smart for its own good software!

I'm not stressed

I don't have any self imposed deadlines along with the multitude of school deadlines. No, not I.

Bah Humbug

Blew off homework coz I've only got Access 2003 and they changed the file type in 2007 and there is no backward compatability so I can't do that homework at home. English, ah English. How I dread thee. I have to do an Oral Presentation on Friday. I am Not Prepared.

I need a schedule

Being back in school has eaten a great bit chunk of my "sit around and do stuff all" time. There's HOMEWORK! which I blew off tonight to do some more of the Koala. I'm on a deadline people! Shhhh, don't tell me about the homework deadline which is a lot jolly closer than the Koala's.
